29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. 76 Fuller Way, Berlin, CT 06037: On or about March 28, 2024, combustible dust that was part of the production process had accumulated on overhead duct work that was a part of the combustible dust collection system. The dust was determined to be explosive when subject to Kst (explosibility) testing.
