29 CFR 1926.100(a): At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with equipment, hand tools and overhead roofing operations, were not wearing hard hats. Location: Existing home @ 26 Berkley St. Hull, MA On or about 02/20/2024 employees were exposed to head injuries while working on the ground below employees working on the roof. Employees were not wearing head protection at the time. The Unique Pro-Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100( a) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522092, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/27/21, with respect to a workplace located at 42 Lower Camp Road, Northwood, NH 03261.
