29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iii):The contract employer did not document that each contract employee had received and understood the training required by this paragraph. a)Constitution Rd, Radford, VA 24141, Green lines area. On or about February 22, 2024, employees were exposed to potential chemical and explosive hazards while performing carpentry work on an explosives manufacturing process, and the employer did not document that each employee had received and understood the training required by this section. ABATEMENT NOTE: The contract employer shall prepare a record which contains the identity of the contract employee, the date of training, and the means used to verify that the employee understood the training. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
