29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. a. On or about February 20, 2024, in the charging staging area, employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard as a result of conduit carrying 480V live insulated wires that was separated from the fitting on the EnerSys IMPAQ battery charger (Model: EIP3-IN-4Y, S/N: SJ579238). b. On or about February 20, 2024, in aisle 22/23, employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard as a result of conduit carrying 480V live insulated wires that was separated from the fitting of the EnerSys NexSys+ battery charger (Model: EIP3-IN-4Y, S/N: RUI157722). c. On or about February 20, 2024, in aisle 24/25, employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard as a result of conduit carrying 480V live insulated wires that was separated from the fitting of the EnerSys NexSys+ battery charger (Model: EIP3-IN-4Y, S/N: RUI157720).
