On or about February 15, 2024, security employees were potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Sulfuric acid, Oleum, and Ammonia during emergency response duties, and the employer did not assure that security personnel were trained on the potential toxic release hazards of the chemicals.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
