29 CFR  1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F):Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension:  Instance B) On or about February 20, 2024 the employer Clouse Electric Inc., at worksite located at 209 W. Main Cross Findlay OH 45840, failed to ensure that flexible cords energizing temporary LED lighting on the third level ceilings of the structure, were not suspended by the electrical cord. One temporary LED lighting strands (Light Efficient Design - Temporary work site lights (LED-9003-50K)) on the third ceiling was supported by their electrical cords. Employees working in the vicinity of the wrapped around flexible LED lighting cords in this energized 120 volt condition were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
