Lima, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing work from the top of the Munters Dryer #22. Employees accessing the top of the dryer to perform maintenance activities such as changing out filters, were exposed to falls of approximately 8 feet 6 inches to the concrete below.
