29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged, or marked with either the information specified in this section or with the product identifier and words or other markings which will provide employees with the physical and health hazards of the chemical. (a) On or about 2/24/2024, and at times prior thereto, U. S. Postal Service employees at the Portland Processing and Distribution Center (P & DC) were exposed to occupational injury and illness when their employer failed to ensure that all bottles of industrial liquids were labeled.
