29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about February 21, 2024, and at times prior thereto, electrical equipment was blocked in the personalization room and used for storage. Electrical panels and safety disconnect switches were blocked by boxes, metal storage shelves, and storage carts, exposing employees to electric shock and fire hazards.
