Roof: On or about 02/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Hampton Inn Motel located at 5159 Golf Club Dr., Braselton, GA 30517. Roof: On or about 02/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 40-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing installation.
