29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m), more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501. Site: 200-14 McLaughlin Ave, Jamaica, NY 11423 On or about February 21, 2024, employees working on a residential roof approximately 20-feet above the ground floor installing a solar panel were not protected from falling to the ground floor. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
