29 CFR  1910.140(c)(22):29 CFR 1910.140(c)(22): The employer did not ensure that personal fall protection systems are worn with the attachment point of the body harness located in the center of the employee's back near shoulder level. The attachment point may be located in the pre-sternal position if the free fall distance is limited to 2 feet (0.6 m) or less.  On or about February 20, 2024, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working from a Versalift truck mounted aerial lift as fall harnesses worn did not have the attachment point at the center of their backs.
