29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about February 21, 2024, and time prior there to, production floor, employee performed servicing/maintenance on injection molding machines, the employer failed to ensure the lock-out/tag-out control procedures were specific for each hazardous energy source.
