29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. On suspended scaffold at a residence, located at 32 South Palm Beach, Sarasota, Florida 34236: On or about 2/15/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that training was not provided to employees on how to recognize and minimize hazards before performing siding work.
