29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a) Allied Valve, Inc., located at 107 Dollar Tree Ln., Joliet, IL 60436: On or about February 20, 2024, the employer failed to ensure Safety Data Sheets for all chemical hazards were maintained in the workplace. Employees routinely used spray paints and the employer did not maintain a safety data sheet for them.
