29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: In the service department, employees are exposed to chemical related hazards in that they utilize brake cleaner and Barsol and a written hazard communication program has not been developed. According to the safety data sheet, Barsol and brake cleaner are a highly flammable liquid and vapor, causes serious eye irritation, may cause drowsiness or dizziness and may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure.
