29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located at 6730 Dahlgren Ct., Cumming, GA 30028, Top plate: On or about 02/22/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 22-feet, 5-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees installing roof trusses.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) New residential construction located at 6730 Dahlgren Ct., Cumming, GA 30028. On or about 02/22/2024, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that a yellow 25-ft. electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
