29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) Marble Crafters, Inc., located at 11 Nealy Boulevard Trainer, PA: On or about February 22, 2024, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while performing natural stone cutting and finishing activities. Employees are exposed to chemicals including but not limited to the following:   -Hydrogen Peroxide, as contained in 50 Volume Creme Developer -Ethyl benzene, xylene, etc., as contained in Clear Flexible Sealant - Acetone (2-Propanone), as contained in Klean-Strip Acetone -Hydrogen chloride, as contained in SMART Muriatic Acid

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) Marble Crafters, Inc., located at 11 Nealy Boulevard Trainer, PA: On or about February 22, 2024, the employer did not provide hazardous chemical training for employees engaged in cutting and polishing on natural stones. Employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to the following:   -Hydrogen Peroxide, as contained in 50 Volume Creme Developer -Ethyl benzene, xylene, etc., as contained in Clear Flexible Sealant -Acetone (2-Propanone), as contained in Klean-Strip Acetone -Hydrogen chloride, as contained in SMART Muriatic Acid
