29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: Location: 31 Graham Street, Jersey City Instance A: Employees engaged in residential construction activities were installing framing on a residential building roof at a height of approximately 30 feet without any means of fall protection. Instance B Employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 10 and 20 feet from the unprotected deck of a residential building under construction. Instance C: Employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to a fall hazard approximately 10 feet from the unprotected edge of a ladder landing on the working surface. Violation observed on 02/22/2024 GB Brothers LLC, was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670537, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as final order on 09/12/2023, with respect to workplace located at 8 Glenville Rd, Edison, NJ
