29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Employees engaged in roofing construction were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on February 22, 2024 at a construction jobsite located at 7111 Northwest 2nd Street, Lincoln, Nebraska when employees were observed working on the roof of a residential structure. The employees were installing shingles while working at a height of approximately 10 feet 4 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.
