Cross braces were used as a means of access. a- 183-185 Vorhees Ave, New Milford NJ: An employee was observed climbing the scaffold members to the third section of a tubular welded frame scaffold exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft as a means of scaffold access was not utilized. Condition observed on or about 02/21/2024.
