29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): Travel distance from any point of the protected area to the nearest fire extinguisher exceeded 100 feet. (a) At the worksite: On or about 2/23/2024, the employer provided one portable fire extinguisher for a 3-story building that was under construction, which exceeded the 100-feet travel distance requirement.
