29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about February 5, 2024, an employee suffered an in-patient hospitalization while assisting with hoisting a load that struck the employees leg requiring hospitalization and employer failed to report to OSHA within the 24-hour reporting period.
