29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around the skylight. Location: 147 Samoset St. Plymouth, Ma On February 22, 2024, Employees were exposed to a fall from a height up to 30 feet to the ground while working on the roof of a commercial building where multiple skylight were not protected by use of covers or barriers to prevent fall throughs.
