29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not have a program of frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Job site, 7670 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 23, 2024, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that a system was in place to identify and correct safety issues. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, flag lines not tapering to a ladder, flag lines not up or being too low and leaving a load raised in the air by a forklift.
