Mr. Jose Rafael Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709001, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 Lorelei Lane, Denton, Texas 76210.  As of this date of issuance: file 1709001 was sent a default letter on 1/26/2024 and referred to the National Office for Collections on 2/26/2024 for a total assessed penalty of $8,723.26.
