29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold were not protected by a personal fall arrest system;   a- 7 Leighton Ave, Mahwah NJ: An employee was observed engaged in siding installation from a ladder jack scaffold work platform exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection access was not utilized.  Condition observed on or about 02/26/2024.
