29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17):The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: location: roof on or about: 2/22/24 a) Employees were using personal fall arrest systems while installing solar panels. The employees' lanyards were attached to the side rings of their body harnesses. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
