29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). A) 1165 Cranbury South River Rd, Dayton NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure that each employee who utilized a Power Industrial Truck at the worksite had received training which included formal instruction, hands on and an evaluation with a written certification of completion. The employer could not provided forklift training, certificates or evaluations for the forklift operators. Observed on or about 2/26/24.
