29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets:  a.) At the jobsite, located at 10260 Bloomingdale Ave Riverview, FL 33578; On or about 2/27/24, the employer exposed employee to fall hazards, in that, a fall protection system was provided or utilized while working approximately  14 ft and 18 ft on the roof of a commercial building roof tops conducting TPO installation operations.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  a.) At the jobsite, located at 10260 Bloomingdale Ave Riverview, FL 33578; On or about 2/27/24, the employer exposed employee to fall hazards, in that, fall protection certification training records were not provided for employees working approximately 14 ft and 18 ft on the roof of a commercial building roof tops conducting TPO installation operations.
