29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about February 27, 2024 employees were observed working on a roof without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from heights of above 6 feet from the ground. VM Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1659695, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final er on 06/14/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2229 Tony Harper Street El Paso, TX 79938. VM Roofing and Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1530283 , citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-01-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 13663 Everingham Street, El Paso, TX 79928.
