29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 log, or equivalent form, in the detail as required by the regulation. a) 1995 Technology Parkway Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 - Column F for Case No. EV2023280344 on the 2023 OSHA Form 300 Injury and Illness Log provided the injury and part of the body affected, but did not include the object/substance that directly injured the person, on or about December 19, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
