29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 159 Siebert Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, On or about February 26th 2024 employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while installing a new roof on a residential home that was measured at a 10/12 pitch. Employees were installing plywood sheeting for the roof and no fall protection was in use. i.e. harnesses, guard rails, etc.
