29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: On or about February 23, 2024, on site of structure located at 235 Sunrise Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida, employees performing removal of existing ceiling stucco and wooden framing work were exposed to a struck-by hazard due to the employer failing to maintain a safety program to include ensuring overhead materials to be removed are properly shored and stable to prevent them from collapsing.
