Warehouse - On or about February 28, 2024, employees are exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards where industrial storage racks were visibly damaged with bent and twisted beams and columns, missing beam clips, and damaged or missing anchor bolts in locations included, but are not limited to:  Aisles - ZC, ZD, ZE, ZF of Racking System in center of warehouse by dock doors.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
