OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees are exposed to fire and explosion hazards:  Facility  a) Paint classified as a Category 3 Flammable Liquid was used to coat bullet head and cured in a Hobart HO210 Series Rack Oven which has an intended use in a bakery.  The oven does not have adequate fire and explosion protection in the event the vapors reach the lower explosive limit.  Violation occurred on or about December 25, 2023.  b) The Nolan Machinery Corporation Remelter S/N 8670K exploded when a build up of natural gas ignited resulting in a flash.  Violation occurred on or about January 20, 2024.
