29 CFR  1926.100(a):At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats.  On or about February 27, 2024, two employees, without wearing hard-hats, were passing cut 2x4s over their heads to their coworkers that were working above them; exposing the employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about February 27, 2024, one employee was using a circular saw to cut 2x4s and was not wearing eye protection; exposing the employees to struck-by hazards.

On or about February 27, 2024, two employees were using the top step of a 7 feet and 7.5 inch A-frame ladder to gain access to their working areas while performing framing operations; exposing the employees to fall hazards.
