29 CFR 1926.100(a):At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats. On or about February 28, 2024, two employees, without wearing hard-hats, were passing cut material over their head to coworkers that were working above them; exposing the employees to a struck-by hazards.
