29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck was moved when the boom was elevated in a working position with men in the basket when the equipment was not specifically designed for this type of operation as required. On or about February 28, 2024, on the southeast side of the jobsite; an employee operated an aerial lift truck while the boom was elevated in a working position while in the basket.
