29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(i): The employer did not ensure that when work is performed less than 6 feet (1.6 m) from the roof edge, each employee is protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Emergency room entrance: On or about February 27, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 14.5 feet to the ground below, in that the employer did not ensure each employee was protected from falling while onloading two wooden nurses' stations onto a roof using a Bobcat Skid Steer Model S630 Serial Number A3NT15117.
