29 CFR 1910.151(b):First aid supplies approved by a consulting physician were not readily available: (a) at 3200 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, Oregon , Research lab room 147, on or about March 01, 2024 and at times prior thereto: employees were exposed to eye injuries from expired medical supplies located in the first aid kit, for First-Aid use in the event of a splash and emergency exposure to an irritant chemical to the eyes, which could be aggravate the employee's condition, as the expired solution could be a source of a potential eye infection or irritation
