29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a. At jobsite located at 11330 Burnt Store Road in Punta Gorda, FL, on or about October 25, 2023; the Rigid - 10 in. table saw, Model: R4514 (120V and 5000/min (RPM)) and S/N: GW 22284DW1C95, saw blade lacked a blade guard, exposing operators to a struck-by hazard created by the turning blade causing lacerations, cuts and or, amputations.
