29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, to the Office of Public Employees Occupational Safety and Health (PEOSH). (a) On or about February 9, 2024, at or near 3440 36th Avenue, Fargo ND an employee was injured requiring hospitalization and it was not reported to OSHA until March 1, 2024.
