29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about February 27, 2024, at 20900 St. Clair Avenue, Euclid, OH 44117, the employer failed to ensure employees operating the 48-inch slitter were protected against being exposed to a drum rotating at the recoiler over arm separator disc.
