29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Construction Site: On or about February 29, 2024, as the exposing employer, SLP Framing, did not ensure their employees were protected in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet to the ground below while installing roof decking and roof underlayment on the third story of a residential roof. b) Construction Site: On or about February 29, 2024, as the exposing employer, SLP Framing, did not ensure that their employees were protected in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below while installing floor joists on the second story of a residential building. c) Construction Site: On or about February 29, 2024, as the exposing employer, SLP Framing, did not ensure that their employees were protected in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground while framing the second story of a residential structure.
