At a new residential worksite located at 2100 block NW Palisades Dr, Riverside MO -- employees engaged in framing duties using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to getting debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 2/29/2024.
