29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about March 4, 2024, at the Hard 8 Materials yard, employees were exposed to undue physiological stress while moving unpackaged cement and rock without a written respiratory protection program that covers elements such as, but not limited to: respirator selection, medical evaluation of employees, fit testing of employees, and training.
