Location: 1266 50th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219 On or about: February 2, 2024 (a) The employer did not ensure that the 1st floor's steel member connections were completed to support the intended floor loading; steel joists, sheetrock, and other materials and supplies were placed on the 1st floor which collapsed into the basement level.
