Bldg. 234 Pensacola FL. 32514; On or about February 29, 2024 and prior to, the employer allowed employees to perform final deck attachments in the controlled decking zone, CDZ, without fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet 5 inches.
