29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. 112 Prestige Park Road (Warehouse): On or about March 04, 2024, Employer did not store or handle liquefied petroleum gas fuel in accordance with NFPA No. 58-195944 as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6(x)(12). Employer had Powered Industrial Truck LP gas cylinders unsecured and unprotected on the warehouse floor near areas of foot and PIT traffic.
